Privacy policy

ShareCTA (www.sharecta.com) is a link-sharing service operated by the ShareCTA team. This page explains what data we collect, why, and what rights you have.

What we collect

From you (the account holder):

Your email address, for login and billing receipts.
Your payment details, handled entirely by Stripe. We never see your card number.
The links you create, the CTAs you build, and any pixels you configure.

From your audience (people who click your short links):

Anonymous analytics: view count, CTA click count, scroll depth, dwell time, country (from IP, never stored raw), device type, referring URL.
If you’ve enabled remarketing pixels, the respective platforms (Meta, Google, LinkedIn) fire their own pixels, subject to their privacy policies.

From publishers (the sites your shared pages come from):

We fetch public pages with a standard User-Agent. We respect robots.txt opt-outs.
We don’t cache page content beyond what’s needed to render your shared link.

What we don’t do

We don’t sell your data.
We don’t sell your audience’s data.
We don’t show third-party ads on the rendered share pages.
We don’t fingerprint your audience beyond what the configured pixels do.

Your rights

Request a copy of your account data: get in touch.
Delete your account: do it yourself from the Settings page, or contact us.
Object to processing / request erasure under GDPR / CCPA: contact us.

Subprocessors

We rely on a small set of third parties:

Google Cloud Platform: hosting (Firebase Firestore, Cloud Run, Cloud Storage, Firebase Authentication).
Stripe: billing and payment processing.
